   Gaseous pollutants, usually referred to as Volatile Organic Compounds or VOCs, are released by a number of different processes.these VOCs consist of a numerous variety of compounds such as:alcohols ,aldehydes ,acetates ,aromatics ,esters ,ketones

various other hydrocarbons which are comprised of carbon (C), oxygen(O), and hydrogen (H) atoms.

  The voc catalyst is effective for the control of carbon monoxide (CO), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), volatile organic compounds (VOC), formaldehyde (CH2O) and EPA classified Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) from natural gas and LPG lean-burn engines. The oxidation catalyst is also effective for catalytic combustion of VOC emissions from a variety of exhaust gas streams from industrial processes

  VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) Catalyst is formed by the first carrier cordierite honeycomb ceramic, second carrier Y-Al2O3 and the active components noble metal Pd and Pt. It is the new high efficient catalyst for VOC waste gas.

  VOCs can be designed using any of the substrates we offer, including ceramic, foil honeycomb, metal ribbon, screen, expanded metal, and plugs. We can supply many of these substrates either framed or unframed. Catalytic Combustion has also developed a number of precious metal catalyst formulations which can be used, or we could even develop a custom formulation based on your requirements.

 

Product Features

 1.Widely application It can be applied to the industrial waste gas purification which mainly contains monoxide, hydrocarbon and related oxide ramification.

 2.Lower gas-flowing resistance, lower initiative temperature for reaction, high active function, wide range for air speed. When the hydrocarbon concentration is within 500-900 mg/m3, the speed range is within 15000 -30000 h-1, the initiative temperature for the reaction is within 180 -300 centigrade, it can achieved more than 98% purification efficiency.

  It can be used for noxious waste gas containing hydrocarbon and monoxide chemicals. Such gas is from many industries such as chemical, food, mechanical, instrument and meters, Household Appliances, painting, insulating material and colorful steel.
